Sue & David Doyle won merits in the recent 2020 Master Photographers Association Regional Awards.

Sue’s Merit was received for her Commercial image of  sliced  Focaccia bread with dried chillies.

David’s Merit was received for his portrait of one of our clients wearing  his  traditional outfit.

We are both absolutely thrilled with these awards.

The competition was extremely fierce with almost 300 images entered .

The video live stream of the critique  was presented by the Awards Judge  Su Kaye FMPA President of The Master Photographers Association   who spent a mammoth 5 hours judging this Region’s images alone.

The winning Merits, Finalists, and Category  winners were announced in a fabulous Zoom Awards Night broadcast.

Participants dressed up for the occasion and drinks were flowing as the well deserved merits, finalists and winners from the categories were announced to tumultuous applause from the MPA members watching.

As a result of the lockdown these critiques and award presentations were live streamed over Zoom video conferencing which  is the first time in the UK these regional critiques  have been undertaken in this way by this premier qualifying photographic association.

Members of the The Master Photographers Association    can watch these invaluable critiques and  learn from the rich wealth of photography experience  Su Kaye FMPA has.
