General

All Portrait and Ordering Sessions at Oakley Studios are strictly “By Appointment”.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or amend appointments. Oakley Studios reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £49 for failure to attend appointments for portrait or ordering sessions.

Your deposit/booking fee is paid to confirm your photoshoot booking. We do not make provisional appointments.
We reserve the right to decide on the number of images and backgrounds used at the sessions. You will be requested to sign a model release when attending for portrait sessions. If you do not wish your images to be used by Oakley Studios for any advertising, social media, website or competition entries, please advise and complete the documentation accordingly and we will, of course, abide by your wishes.
Mobile recording devices are not permitted to be used in the Studio or viewing lounge at any time. You are not permitted to take your own images or video in our Studio or viewing lounge. Failure to comply with this will result in immediate termination of your portrait session without a refund of any deposit paid.

As our products are custom-made, we do not provide refunds for any purchases.

If there is an outstanding balance on your order, it must be settled, and the order collected within 14 days from being notified by Oakley Studios.

Failure to do so will result in an interest charge of 5% per day, compounded cumulatively, until the order is collected.

Maternity Art

Sessions would usually take place between 30 - 35 weeks. Sessions may be held at our Studio or at a chosen location (subject to prior agreement, time of year and weather conditions). A range of maternity gowns and accessories are available to use.

A deposit of £39 is required to secure your appointment.

Your booking fee is paid to confirm your photoshoot booking. We do not make provisional appointments.

Instalment Options

Instalment Options are available to clients on purchases over £500 or at the discretion of Oakley Studios.
Once an invoice has been finalised the balance due is to be discharged by way of three payments. One at the viewing, one four weeks after and the third and final payment due eight weeks after the invoice date.

Credit card details will be retained by Oakley Studios until the third and final payment has been received by Oakley Studios and at that point the credit card details will be destroyed.
If clients wish to make instalment payments by cash appointments will be necessary to arrange for the cash to be delivered to the Studio. All visits to the studio are strictly by appointment only.
All goods remain the property of Oakley Studios until full payment of the invoice has been received.
Clients wishing to complete payment of the instalments earlier than agreed should advise Oakley Studios accordingly.

Newborn Baby

The sessions for Newborn will take place in our Studio. All sessions are by appointment only.
The Studio will be warm to provide a comfortable environment for baby so please dress accordingly.
The session will take place whether baby is awake or asleep.
Oakley Studios reserve the right to decide on the number of images and backgrounds to be used. We have a wide selection of backgrounds and materials to be used and these are used at our discretion. However, you as parents will always be consulted on your personal preferences and we will do our utmost to meet these with regards to colours and props used. We have various newborn baby outfits and props available but you are always welcome to bring any additional outfits. If a particular item of clothing or toy is to be included. Please make us aware of this at the session.

Under 18s

For under 18s their Parent or Guardian must accompany the subject to each sitting and viewing appointment. If the subject arrives at the Studio for a sitting or a viewing appointment without said parent or guardian then that appointment will be cancelled. A Model Release Form is required to be completed prior to the session taking place.

The Original Fairy Experience

A booking deposit of £39 is payable to secure your appointment. 48 Hours notice is needed for cancellation. A parent or guardian is required to be present during the portrait sitting at all times. All costumes and accessories are provided by The Original Fairy Experience.

Your booking deposit is paid to confirm your photoshoot booking. We do not make provisional appointments.

"Win a Fairy Experience" includes a free 7"x5" printed image from your Fairy Experience Photoshoot.

This prize is one per family and has no cash alternative.

Oakley Studios has the right to decide how many spaces are available for this event.

Fundraising Portrait Vouchers

Charity and School Fundraising Family Portrait vouchers will have additional T&Cs which will be provided with each voucher purchased as follows:

A refundable deposit of £39 is required to secure your booking which is refunded to at the ordering session.
All Portrait Experience bookings and viewings are strictly by appointment only.
If you are unable to keep your appointment 24 hours notice is required to change the booking - failure to arrive for your appointment without prior notification may result in a rebooking fee of £39 being payable.
The Family must consist of a minimum of two generations.
Vouchers may only be redeemed once.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer operated by Oakley Studios.
The Voucher must be redeemed by the date indicated.
The images to be taken at the session will be discussed with you prior to your appointment however should you have any particular family combination in mind please advise us at the sitting.
After the portrait session an appointment will be made for you to view the images, called the ordering session. At this ordering session you will choose the image for your framed portrait. You will be able to purchase additional images if you wish, however, there is no obligation to do so.
Your Voucher must be brought with you when you are attending your photoshoot or ordering session.
Photocopies or photographs of the voucher will not be accepted and will invalidate your Voucher.

OAKLEY FOR BUSINESS

The digital files will be transmitted to you through our secure server within 3-4 business days following completion of the commissioned work.
Payment in full is due within 7 business days of receipt of the digital files.
Travel Expenses

None within a 20 mile radius of a Oakley Studios.
Locations in excess of the 20 mile radius of Oakley Studios will incur travel expenses.
ULEZ

This will be added to the travel expenses if appropriate.

WATCH ME GROW CELEBRATION

Payment of £49 to join Watch Me Grow must be made at the time of booking your first appointment. This secures your appointment. We do not make provisional appointments.

The complimentary image (6"x4") from each session is to be of baby only and no other family member can be included in this image.

Joining Watch Me Grow entitles you to 3 portrait sessions with Oakley Studios held over baby's first year but this timescale can be varied upon prior agreement of all parties.

You are not permitted to take your own images or video in our Studio or viewing lounge. Failure to comply with this will result in immediate termination of your portrait session without a refund.

NEWBORN CELEBRATION PHOTOSHOOT

A maximum of two colour themes can be chosen for the images of baby. Please make us aware of this prior to the session.
